Cancellation and Order Modification Policy
We process and ship all orders very quickly, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations after your order has been placed.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order :
Contact our customer service department as soon as possible by email at contact@migrainmiracle.com
We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse.
*In order to speed up the processing of your request, please indicate “Cancel my order” in the subject line of your email, as well as your full name and order number in the body of the email;
Return and refund policy
If your order has been shipped, rest assured that you can return it for a refund, subject to the rules below.
Our refund policy lasts for 90 days.
If 90 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your items must be unused and in the original packaging. The package delivery label must also be present and intact.
For obvious reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns once the product has been used.
Other items cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Digital books
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it.
We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one week.
Refunds of delivery charges are only available in the event of withdrawal prior to dispatch.

Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items can be refunded.
Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail at contact@migrainmiracle.com.
Shipping
To return a product, you must contact us by email at: contact@migrainmiracle.com and we will inform you of the procedure as well as the address of our warehouse able to receive returned packages.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €50, we advise you to consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the package or to take out delivery insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
